Precision Processing for Premium Quality

Our macadamia nuts-in-shell undergo a meticulous process to ensure optimal quality. They are first washed and dried using controlled hot air, followed by nut cracking, hand-sorting, and grading for size and quality. Finally, the nuts are sealed in nitrogen-flushed packs to lock in freshness and preserve their rich flavor and crunch.

Sustainable Energy Solutions

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our products. The outer dried brown hard shells of macadamia nuts are not just waste; they play a vital role in our operations. We harness these shells to fuel our boilers, generating the hot air necessary for drying the nuts. This innovative approach minimizes waste and maximizes energy efficiency, allowing us to produce high-quality macadamias while being kind to the environment. We are also in the process of installing solar panels for energy efficiency.
